Bainbridge Ballet
- Learn the classical art of ballet from professionally trained instructors. Our classes inspire the love of movement through graduated levels designed to teach awareness and respect for the body. We emphasize careful technical training that will enhance all physical endeavors (i.e. tap/jazz/modern dance, soccer, gymnastics etc.) and welcome all ages and levels, beginning to professional, regardless of previous training. We strive to nurture the desire to move joyfully and enrich the lives of our students by imparting the knowledge of this timeless art form passed down through the generations by great ballet masters. Most importantly, we feel a light-hearted attitude and good sense of humor are essential as a compelling desire in achieving a sense of accomplishment.
Venture Charters
- Since the end of halibut season in June of 2006, we have been under contract with the Tacoma Narrows Constructors in being a big part of the Tacoma Narrows bridge project. Since then we have been active everyday in transporting personel and supplies to the various barges, tugboats and ships under the bridge during the lifting of the bridge sections. When our time is up, scheduled for early Feb '07, The Joker will undergo comsetic restoration for a month. We are a diversified charter service. We do Social Events, Private Parties, Meetings, Fishing, SCUBA Diving, Video and Television Productions. We are also state licensed for ash scattering. Our boats can accomodate 2 to 28 people. We have a BBQ and cooking accessories. We can do Lock Cruises and swimming off the boat in Lake Washington, bachelor and bachelorette parties, camping and BBQ picnics on Blake Island.
Bainbridge Island Vineyards and Winery
- It's been a long crazy year of construction, packing, hauling, and unpacking, but going through just one harvest season proved how much more sense it makes to have the winery and vineyards all in one location. Now that the hard part of getting everything up to the new place is over, it's great to finally be settling in. It's not the same barn it used to be, but Jo Ann's tasting room is already beginning to feel like an old familiar place. Gerard's very excited about the new gardens he's planting - the arid hillside he has to work with has him thinking Mediterranean. Be prepared for big changes when you drop by - this is going to be a busy year!

is an oasis of peace & calm in your busy day! Serene music, soft warm lighting and peaceful smiling faces; ready to meet your every need. You have the freedom to choose which level tan bed you want to do any day. You're never locked in by sessions or minute plans!
The Bead Garden
- We would like to invite you to come and visit us at The Bead Garden. We pride ourselves on being "the friendliest bead store around". All of our employees are knowledgable and eager to help you create your next masterpiece....or fix those broken earrings!!! We offer classes for all levels. Can't make a class? From Women's Groups to Kids of all ages.....we have a project to suit everyones needs.
Eleven Winery
is a new winery located on Bainbridge Island. It is the husband-and-wife team of Matt Albee (winemaker) and Sarah Albee (everything else), along with up-and-comers Cole (age 4) and Cameron (age 1). We've still got our day jobs, but what we're really all about is making great wine, and making it fun! Our winery may not be the most impressive (it did used to be a two-car garage) but we like to think of it as the start of something great.
